Field Battle 7/12/2009

The Sunday Battle was a lot more fearsome. The Yankees where coming in off beaver creak road and ran in Rebels that where sitting on the high ground and drove the attack back just as our for fathers did. The battle took place in the same place that it did 146 years ago.

Fireworks

Everyone please thank Ed Owens for suggesting that the fire works be brought back to Funkstown. The fireworks lasted about 20 minutes. It was truly a wonderful site.
