Please remember when filing your Maryland Tax Return, Form 502, put FUNKSTOWN in the City, Town or taxing area box. This helps the Town to acquire grant money.

News around town.
Additional News
The Town staff is in the process of updating the utility software, and online payments will be available in the very near future.
A secure drop box has been located in front of Town Hall for after hour correspondence and payments. Please take advantage of this service.
When doing renovations or any construction to your property, please check with the Town Office to see if a Building Permit is required.
Due to vandalism, and limited Town staff, please be advised that during the week of July 1st the Funkstown park bathrooms will be locked from June 30th until July 7th. They will be reopening on Monday, July 8th. Pavilions will not be reserved at that time.
The Town apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause, but unfortunately increased vandalism has forced the Town to make this decision.
Dogs are allowed at the park but MUST be on a leash at all times, and you MUST clean up after your pet.
This has been an increased problem, and in order to continue allowing pets, this requirement must be followed.
